On August 13, 2016, the train from Yiwu West to Chelyabinsk was successfully launched. The Company successfully launched the train departing from Yiwu West, which crossed the border via Alataw Pass and arrived at Chelyabinsk, Russia after reloading in Dostyk, Kazakhstan in 13 days.

The train carried goods from cities across the country, which were transported to ports in China via domestic trade vessels and then to Ningbo Port before transportation to Yiwu West Station by truck and finally getting loaded at Yiwu West Station. The launch of the train reflected the convenience of multi-modal transport and efficiency of railway transportation.
